YOOMail is a monthly service for transactional mail and newsletters sent from your own system. YOOPixel holds the allowance, the upgrade, and the invoice. Dispatch stays in the system you already operate.
Scope of service
Operating mail infrastructure is not the institution’s work.
An organization with a system already in place needs mail under its own name, with a monthly ceiling that belongs in the budget, without its team operating mail or seeing how it is run.
YOOMail holds the monthly limit and the billing. A message is sent only after the allowance accepts it, and a refusal creates no usage.

What the service includes

- 01Authorization before dispatchYour system asks for the allowance first. If it does not fit, the message is refused, nothing is deducted, and nothing is sent.
- 02Transactional mail and newslettersTransactional mail is included on every plan. Newsletters begin with the Standard plan.
- 03An upgrade that applies this monthA plan change raises the current month’s limit as soon as it is assigned. An invoice already issued keeps its price.

How an engagement proceeds

YOOMail does not replace your system. It places a declared limit in front of the sending your system already performs.
- 01The plan is assignedYOOPixel opens a send subscription and assigns the plan to the volume you expect.
- 02Each send is authorizedBefore a message, your system requests the deduction. Acceptance records usage. Refusal stops the send with no deduction. Repeating a message identifier does not deduct twice.
- 03Reporting and billingThe period report and the invoices are available to the system owner. Payment posts one revenue entry for the email plan.

What to settle before subscribing.
Does YOOMail send in place of our system?
No. Dispatch stays with your system. YOOMail governs the monthly limit and the billing, and does not replace your sending system.
When is usage counted?
Before the message is sent. If the allowance cannot cover the requested count, the request is refused, nothing is deducted, and the message is not sent.
What follows a plan change?
The current month’s limit rises as soon as the new plan is assigned. An invoice already issued keeps the price fixed at issue.
What does the system owner see?
The plan name and price, used and remaining counts, the period report, and the invoices. Operational detail does not appear in the interface or in the service responses.
