These Terms govern access to yoopixel.com, YOOPixel products, AI tools, and Magento/WooCommerce storefront connectors.

By creating an account, purchasing credits or AI usage, connecting a store, enabling a storefront assistant, running an AI report, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have authority to bind yourself or your organisation and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
YOOPixel provides software products, cloud hosting, AI-assisted discovery and analysis, storefront assistants for Magento and WooCommerce, connectors, integrations, and professional engineering services. Deliverables, timelines, and fees for paid engagements are set out in order forms, statements of work, or checkout pages. Features may be released in phases and depend on your plan and connector version.
AI-generated reports, storefront replies, product recommendations, and suggestions are informational only and may contain errors or incomplete data. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or investment advice. You—and, for storefront use, the merchant—remain solely responsible for decisions and for verifying prices, stock, policies, and checkout results on the live store. We may throttle or suspend usage that threatens platform stability or violates these Terms.
Paid analysis credits, AI usage units, subscriptions, and one-time plans are described at checkout or in the console. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Credits or units are consumed when a paid report or billable AI conversation window begins processing under product rules. Refund eligibility follows the policy shown at purchase and applicable law. Billing disputes may be raised with billing@yoopixel.com within 14 days of the charge where applicable.
YOOPixel retains ownership of its software, brands, templates, embeds, and pre-existing materials. You retain ownership of content you provide and of your store catalogue. Upon full payment for custom work, deliverables assigned to you in writing transfer as specified in the contract. AI report text and storefront replies generated for your project are licensed to you for internal business use and for display to your shoppers as part of the service. We may retain anonymised aggregates to improve quality.
Each party will protect the other’s non-public business information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms or a signed NDA. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party. Store API credentials and connector tokens are confidential.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages (including AI providers or your commerce platform), or force majeure may cause downtime. Support response times depend on your plan. Connector updates may require installing a newer Magento module or WooCommerce plugin.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOOPixel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or storefront sales. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the event. Where a jurisdiction does not allow certain limitations, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
You will defend and indemnify YOOPixel against third-party claims arising from your content, your store, shopper interactions on your storefront, misuse of the services, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
You may stop using the services at any time and may disconnect stores from the console or plugin. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Upon termination, console access may be limited; export reports beforehand where the product allows. Disconnecting a store does not automatically delete historical analytics unless requested under the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply. Disputes should first be sent to legal@yoopixel.com for good-faith resolution.
