What to know before launch.
Does it work on any website?
Yes. YOO Agent is not limited to a storefront. Embed it on any site you own; it answers from the knowledge you approve.
Where do staff reply?
From your own portal after the seat is registered, or from the YOOPixel console when the seat email matches.
Do you create new staff accounts?
No. A seat is a name, an email, and an external id. Client staff are not merged into YOOPixel users.
Will visitors see YOOPixel?
The trial and Starter show Powered by YOOPixel. From Standard, the plan can hide it.
